| IB Registration |
| IB Registration is used for maintaining IB Booking for customers of Periyar Tiger Reserve. There are many IBs under Periyar Tiger Reserve and the rooms are allowed to customers on a daily rent basis. Each IB has a number of rooms with varying charge for each room. A maximum of 2 customers are allowed per room. It can provide additional bed if required and accordingly charge extra. The amount payable for Indians and Foreigners are different and therefore the difference has been incorporated in the software. The registration will be done at the division office for allocation of rooms to customers. And when the customers get to Periyar Tiger Reserve, they will have to pay the appropriate amount at the Forest Information Centre (Boat Landing). |
| Budget Planning |
| The yearly budgeting activities can be done through the software and it is the actual budget planning allotted by the government to the sanctuary. These details are given in the database allocated to each work in the different ranges in the office. The Budget heads can be created / modified by the administrator from the head office and transferred to the range offices. |
| Registration of Nature Camps |
| Periyar Tiger Reserve offers different nature activities to visitors in the sanctuary. The software provides a registration form for nature camps wherein the end user can fill the nature camp details. The registration details would in turn be sent to the camp processing office by automatic synchronization. |
